Regular Shipping Schedule
We ship all orders via UPS. Available shipping methods and rates are displayed at checkout, allowing customers to choose the delivery option that works best for them.
UPS Ground orders are typically shipped on Mondays and, depending on the destination and estimated transit time, may also ship on Tuesdays.
Orders placed from Tuesday through Sunday will generally ship the following Monday, unless an expedited shipping arrangement applies or the shipping schedule is affected by a federal holiday.
For faster delivery, customers may select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air at checkout.
UPS Next Day Air orders may be shipped Monday through Thursday. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on the intended shipping day.
For planned Friday delivery via UPS 2nd Day Air, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on Wednesday.
For planned Friday delivery via UPS Next Day Air, orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (noon) Central Time on Thursday.
For black and red caviar, we recommend UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. Smoked fish is typically shipped via UPS Ground, but customers may also select UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air if faster delivery is preferred.
We make every effort to ship your order so it reaches you as quickly and safely as possible. Before shipment, we take the destination and estimated UPS transit time from our location into consideration and plan the shipping day accordingly.
Please note that actual delivery times may be affected by federal holidays, weather conditions, destination, and UPS operating schedules.
