When will my order ship?
We ship via UPS, with shipping methods and rates shown at checkout. UPS Ground orders typically ship Monday, or Tuesday depending on destination and transit time. For faster delivery, choose UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. Next Day Air dispatch is available Monday through Thursday for orders placed by 12:00 noon Central Time. For planned Friday delivery, order by noon Central Time Wednesday for 2nd Day Air, or Thursday for Next Day Air. We recommend Air shipping for black and red caviar; smoked fish may ship Ground or Air. For urgent orders, email hello@bestcaviarusa.com before ordering to discuss available arrangements.
Can I arrange an urgent delivery?
Please email hello@bestcaviarusa.com before ordering. We will discuss the destination, timing and available UPS services with you. Urgent delivery arrangements must be agreed in advance.
How is my order packed?
Shipments are professionally packed in insulated packaging with sufficient gel ice packs and appropriate shipping labels on the boxes.
Which carrier do you use?
We ship with UPS. Delivery timing depends on your destination and the service selected at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the contiguous United States. We do not ship to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or destinations outside the USA.
How does smoked fish arrive?
Our hot and cold smoked fish is vacuum sealed and ships frozen with ice packs.
How should I store smoked fish?
Keep hot and cold smoked fish refrigerated at 36–38°F. Product-specific details are listed on each product page.
How can I serve caviar?
Serve chilled with simple accompaniments such as blinis, toast points or crème fraîche, allowing the flavor and texture of the roe to shine.
